My premium "Flat Fee Listing" service is all that you need to sell your home if you’re willing to do a little of the work, and accept the rules, limitations, and boundaries of the plan.  It may be just what you need, for less. A highpoint of my service is that unlike other for sale by owner brokerage services, no one knows this is a flat fee listing. It remains transparent to the public and to other REALTORS®.

Cost and Special Terms of Flat Fee Listing for homes from $400,001 to $500,000

• Upfront fee of $995.00 due upon signing of listing agreement. The upfront fee is not refundable.
• A second $5,605.00 fee will be paid when the transaction closes and funds. This fee will be taken from the seller’s proceeds at the closing table made payable to UTR–Texas REALTORS®.
• Seller to pay UTR–Texas REALTORS® 3% of the sales price commission at closing and funding to pay the Buyers Agent. This fee will be taken from the seller proceeds at the closing table.
• All flat fee prices, both upfront and closing table, are based off of list price, not sale price.
